| Below The Knees grew out of the need for a shoe store that addresses comfort shoes, the shoe fitting process involved, the variety of foot sizes and widths, and a level of customer service that is highly individualized. Our store was originally located on High Street in downtown Morgantown, West Virginia. The store has now relocated to the Historic Seneca Center also in Morgantown. Our store is located on the lower level of the Seneca Center with an outside entrance. The Seneca Center glass factory was built in 1896 as one of the first glass factories in the area but closed in 1983. Today the Seneca Center houses many retail establishments like ours such as the Finery, a fine clothing boutique, a soap store called the Soap Opera, Europa Salon and Day Spa and two restaurants.
